Welcome to the Gender-Based Violence Teaching Network! This website contains resources for teaching about a wide range of gender-based violence issues, including sexual assault, consent, homophobia, transphobia, gender norms, rape culture, technology-facilitated gender-based violence, missing and murdered Indigenous women, girls, and Two Spirit people. It is geared toward classroom teachers in a Canadian context but can be used by educators anywhere. The content is developed based on our research with students and teachers in Canada.
